Mercury combustion??

Dear Jyotish Acaryas

Please give me your views on the combustion of Mercury......what "external things" will be combust and which internal ones not? Will intelligence be affected?

What about effect on different houses? If Mercury and sun are in the 7th? Or the 8th?
