there are many, many books on Ayurveda

i say stick to the classics: Charaka, Sushruta, Vagbhata,

Bhavamishra, Chakrapani...

good translations of these exist, esp. anything by PV Sharma

 

as far as more introductory texts, anything by Vasant Lad, David

Frawley and Robert Svoboda

there many others besides, but i am less familiar with them

 

my own book, "Ayurveda: The Divine Science of Life," was just

released, and its a comprehensive intermediate introduction to the

subject

Thanks Todd for your reply. I'll grab these books and start from there.

 

I believe, interestingly, David Frawley is the one who is vedic astrologer too? and Robert Svoboda is the one who has written books on Tantra. Very much multidimensional personalities.
