Guest guest
Namaste Hiroppi, depending on individual religious background, some people do not eat non-vegetarian food when wearing rudraksh. They take the mala off and put in a pouch when touching pork, chicken or other meats. The pouch can be put in the pocket, handbag, drawer or on the altar if at home. After eating, they wash their hands and put the mala on again. However others who are from Tantric traditions and those who are Smarta Hindu (Liberal Hindu) eat non-vegetarian food while wearing rudraksh.
