A Kumbha lagna native with mercury in 10th , Ketu in 5th and mars in 8th . Now if I consider the Ketu as the 10th lord then their is a exchange between 5th lord and 10th lord which is a good yoga , But if I consider mars as the 10th lord then it is a exchange between 8th lord and 10th lord which is duryoga please advise me How to evaluate this combination .
