"You begin by letting thoughts flow and watching them. The very

observation slows down the mind till it stops altogether. Once the

mind is quiet, keep it quiet. Don't get bored with peace, be in it, go

deeper into it. (When asked how to meditate)" - Nisargadatta

"There is only one 'I' actually. That 'I' is Consciousness. When you

follow the personal 'I' to the source, it turns into the universal

'I', which is Consciousness. Begin to catch yourself. begin to realize

your divine nature. You do this by keeping quiet. The fastest way to

realization is to keep quiet." ~ Robert Adams

ONS,

It seems like everyone is feeling the same way. The

end of the year for me always seems dense ( if that is

a good way to put it) it is a good time to go within

and allow your soul to gestate, and begin its next

phase of growth.
