The Subas Rai Book on our website is Rudraksha Values and Biomedical

Effects and am thinking this is what might be a good reference

manual for you...........Malefic Saturn that is pacified by 7 Mukhi

that is said to make for pain in muscle and bone and

paralysis....since tendons hold everything together am thinking your

are correct in your observation however what we dont know if an

Ayurvedic preparation is used internally along with simple

stretching exercises shown in Hatha Yoga.....really simple

stretching exercises need to be used with trained physical therapist

as an adjunct course of treatment......and then again a physical

check up by medical doctor would give more information on just what

is the difficulty........useing all the world has to offer at same

time equals speedy recovery
