Guest guest
Sir, I read your intersting and informative article on how Shri chitnis calculated his life span. I dont know whether u can take up my request for calculating my span. The purpose in asking this question is not to satisfy any idle curiosity but take some firm steps- like staying in Kasi for the last nine months, completing some japams, homams and parayana os Brahma sutra bhashya etc. If I can have an idea of the logevity or the probable date of exit from the world I can organise myself suitably. My two children are in U.S. I should get them back in time. I contacted 2 or 3 local astrologers who gave different dates and one gave a date which I have crossed sometime ago. If U can kindly help me on this you will be doing me a favour. Will u pl reply at your earliest convenience and on hearing from u I shall furnish whatever details are required. Thanks a lot Anand <anand.ghurye > wrote: Dear Rohiniranjan , Closer home in Bombay there lived Pandit Jivanrao Chitnis who was known for his skills in life span calculations . Richard Houck (late) has published a book on this topic which I believe was named astrology of death. It is eclectic since he described many different methods in it. If you do a search on his name or groundswell publications you should get hits. Try www.astroamerica.com which is a great internet vendor for astrology books. It would be wise to take some high quality (accurate birthdata) horoscopes and to try to use those as examples or samples to add a practical aspect to your study of astrology of death. When/if you see the combinations or factors or techniques described in messages, books etc apply and come true in horoscope examples, the technique will make sense and stick in your mind better. And if techniques fail in your test bed of charts, then obviously the ratchet is not 'tight' enough!
