Dear Pratosh, Namaskar

 

You cant create everything You want by remedies . They work and there are living proofs for that.

Sometimes Karma is very fixed and its hard to do any correction. Working of remedies

depends on many factors, but If You dont believe in remedies then I (and any other Jyotisha) cant help You more.

 

Without mantra You are bound to waves of Karma.

Dear Pratosh, Namaskar

The karma he was facing was at an atma level dosha during that time. For

such problems only personal mantra japa can be done over a long period

of time and any pujas, yagyas, etc. made by other pandits will not work.

 

For your astrological reference, see the daridra yoga formed by

Rahu/Ketu along the second/eighth from arudha lagna. Since Rahu is

atmakaraka the dosha was at an atmalevel and very difficult to remove.

All atmalevel suffering must be seen by any native, and remedies are

only meant to mitigate the effects.

 

Your opinion on Prarabdha karma is acceptable, but you will also read in

the shastras that there are three intensities of karma: Dridha (fixed),

Adridha (unfixed, easy to change) and Dridha-Adridha (medium intensity,

but can be changed through remedies).

Dear visti,

I agree with your reasoning.It is what parampara teaches.I am curious to know why it is that devastating experiences has been ignited in 2000 to 2005 period under VD of Venus( lagna start) and Venus Mool dasa.?

Hope to have some insight.

The case is interesting because all planets except Venus are strong signwise either in own or exaltation whereas Saturn is Retr in Viii in exal and in deb in D 9 that too with AK rahu in VII ?

BTW how do you rate placement of Venus and Mer in VIII from AL.Had moon be strong in digital strength things could have been otherwise? it could be Benefic yoga cancelling Daridra yoga.

Dear Srivastava, Namaskar

Note the two curses in the chart: Brahmin Shaapa on Jupiter and Kalatra

Shaapa on Venus. Among the two the kalatra shaapa involves atmakaraka

and the eighth lord venus, making up for a 'tougher' experience, whilst

the Brahmin shaapa (though being the main cause of the curses in the

chart) carries a lighter intensity on the individual.

 

I think you can make the rest of your estimations based on that. Yes,

benefics in the eighth from AL are supposed to be auspicious, but what

if they are in a curse? Then they may lure one through a 'lucrative'

investment.
