Guest guest
Hello all, I am facing a problem these days where I am getting a low voice. My voice was good and was quite audible previuosly. But from last year, I realise that my voice is not audible. I have to speak loud (louder than I naturally speak) to make some one listen to me. I tried using "Kanth sudharak Vati" that you get in general medicine shop in maharashtra. I get a soothing voice then but this is not a permanent solution. I want to know why is this happening and a solution for the same. regards, sachin
Guest guest
Accumulation of thick mucous deposits on vocal cords can cause such a situation. Other reasons cant be ruled out. Just start eating a little green chillie or small slices of ginger mixed with a little black pepper powder twice a day before lunch/dinner and observe the changes in clearness of throat after a week. You may add Vacha (acorus calamus) powder and pepper longum powder (lendipeeper) 2 pinches each mixed in honey. For a distant patient this is only possible, not a pharma tablet. There are two potent breathing exercises which can resolve this problem. One is from Tibet, which author teaches only in person. Second one is Bhramari of Patanajali yoga, which you may learn from nearby expert, and this alone may be sufficient. Our yoga expert GB Khalsa may advise you better. These are suggestions only. Better option is to see a nearby ayurvedist. ayurveda, "Sachin, DABHADE" <sachin_dabhade wrote: > > Hello all, > > I am facing a problem these days where I am getting a low voice. > My voice was good and was quite audible previuosly.
