Now,

 

I got my answer and no confusion about the all beads and pendant.

 

Finally I decide to make one mala in silver instead of red thread like this . In centre put 12 mukhi , and next to it one 8 mukhi and other side 7 mukhi , and one 6 mukhi and 5 mukhi respectively.

In short the beads position is like this.

Now this combination of mala /Pendent make power full effects and i will get more benefits,
