Guest guest Posted December 2, 2006 Report Share Posted December 2, 2006 The Washington Post recently reported that Fairfax County (DC burbs) is clamping down on home-cooked donations to shelters because food cooked for the public has to be cooked in approved commercial-style kitchens. The agency where I work has a shelter, so I'll check out their policy.
