Number of same Mukhi Rudraksha for maximum effect

Namaste,

I understand from the Rudra center website that more than one

Rudraksha of same type(mukhi) should be worn. For example: 3 beads of

4 Mukhi. I am interested in knowing the name of the scripture that

this information is quoted in? If only one bead of 4 Mukhi is used,

will there be no beneficial effect?
