Guest guest
I love this little saying and thought I would share it, though please feel free to ignore it: 'It is a unique feature and belief of Buddhism that the seeds of good and bad actions can be destroyed. Anger destroys good potential while wrong doing is purified by acknowledging and correcting negative action. There is a Tibetan saying:''Build dam before the flood. Avert it before it happens.'' Having discovered by means of a horoscope what harmful obstacles and undesirable events will occur in a person's life, we can also know from the horoscope how to prevent them.' best wishes margaret

Guest guest
{Om Namo Narayanaya} Dear Marg, Ramapriya, Namaskar. Yes, the extent of 'free will' that can go about transforming the seeds of karma is unlimited and is in our *hands*. How about this, the *soul* has the option of choosing the circumstances of its birth, if it wants, and does *want* certain sets of experiences and gets them so that it goes on its happy learning spree, is it not an eternal quest, this life, even if it is for a whole lot of different things. So cry not, crib not for it is what *you* have *willed*,;-)) Ramapriya is it fatalism labelled free will?
