Recently I have noticed swelling over feet and gone for all medical check ups, except BP all other tests are normal. Doctor has advised to start tablets for BP. I have also consulted Ayurvedic doctor also and he says nothing to worry and to take some ayurvedic medicines for 40 days and BP will be normal and there is no need to take allopathic medicine for life time. I just like to get some more information on this from you as I have not started any of the medicines and feeling tiered. Please help with some links to earlier message or advice.
