Guest guest
Remember Iron rules of health stating glycosugars such as honey, dates, jaggery, natural fruits are OK for those suffering from diabetes? of course in moderate amounts to kill sugar cravings. Here is a recommended diet for diabetes. Note stress on fruits and absence of animal fats/proteins. And you can pick up B12 from raw milk of indian cow if available. http://www.pcrm.org/magazine/gm06autumn/vegan.html With addition of fenugreek soaked water, cinnamon+honey in breakfast/meals, this could also serve as PCOS diet. Bitter is the taste missing in most of meals all over world. Add that and forget worries of various syndromes and diseases. Whatever taste you seek, let it be through green living food rather than a processed ready to eat food.
