Here's my 2 cents : The Tantric version of the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is known to be effective too. Its the one that opens with Om and closes with Om. Goes like this: Om Hoom Joom Saha, Om Bhu Bhuvah Swaha Om Triyambhakam yajamahey Sugandhim pushti vardanam Uruvaa rukamiva bandhanaat Mrityor muksheeya mamritat Om Swaha Bhuvah, Bhu Om Saha Joom Hoom Om..
