Guest guest
Dear friend, It is very easy to deal with swollen ankles. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables(raw or semi-cooked) with no condiments, fats, etc and do ATBSNR exercises as at www.atbsnr.com especially the fifth one. The recovery is very fast. Even a severe sports injury of the ankle was cured within a week or so. A CD is also available on request. That helps promote all round good health for the entire family for all times to come as per experience of thousands. Visit the link on patient feedback at the site to know more about it. Best wishes, S. M. Guest guest
Acharyaji has already given some diet approach in a previous message. This may be followed 100% The psychology of a patient is that he needs some touch, assurance from healer or medicine. The fact that he can get medicine through air, ether etc is understood only by advanced souls. It would help you understand swellings better if you first go through the info at the link: http://health.ayurveda/message/3542 In the absence of more info, it can be guessed that her swellings is due to reduced ejection fraction of the heart. This is a common occurance in 60+ people. Nowadays with chemical soup in which we are virtually floating, even middle aged people have this kind of problem. Though above article mentions Aarogyavardhini and Punarnava mandur as one possible approach, author would also add "2 fresh aamla juice+1 tsp honey on empty stomach" if possible. This is most powerful heart tonic on earth, if available to you. IT relieves joint and muscle pains also to some extent, due to increased blood circulation and reduced contraction of arteries. Aamala would be available in Indian markets and it may be asked in U.S. also, if not inform your location and author can arrange to send you some, if request reaches in next 5 days. Someone is coming to U.S. and can bring aamla, to be preserved in fridge for a fortnight to month. Giloy, Gokharu and Aamla powders in equal proportion mixed together and taken 1 tsp of mixture with 1 tsp honey, 3 times a day, is also a remedy. THis is termed "Rasayan Churna" in aayurveda. Any history of pain in the area of chest, arm, armpit, shoulder blade, jaw all on left side? If that is the case she needs some more medication for a month or so. Despite what is written here, the best advise is to consult nearest Vaidya; Touch of the healer is the strongest medicine. ayurveda, "godandguru" <godandguru wrote: > > Hello, My grandmother has severely swollen ankles and it is very hard > for her to walk and be as active as she would like.
