I am also wearing a 10 mukhi GS, a Ganesh rudraksha bead and a 3 mukhi, is this a good combination? Aum Namah Shivaya! It may be that you need 14 mukhi rather than 13 mukhi. Be sure to use Himalayan Rudraksha. I have a 108 - (5 mukhi)mala with a 9 mukhi rudraksh in gold and i wore daily. The person who is waring such rudraksh should be a pure vegetarian. It enhances the intuition level of the person wearing such rudrakshas. But to make them more fancy extra words have been added in Sanskrit which describe the seed. In the case of 13 mukhi it is "Om Trayodasha Vaktrasya Om Hrim Om Namah Shivaya." But there are other mantras used in different ways, such as 13 mukhi is said by modern speculation to relate to Venus (Shukra) so you could do mantras for Shukra as well.
