Guest guest
Dear Pandits, I calculated shadbalas for a certain chart and they're as follows: shadbala rupas: Jupiter 9.3 Mercury 8.3 Moon 7.4 Sun 5.9 Mars 5.7 satrun 5 venus 4.9 shadbalas strength (%) Jupiter 143 Mercury 119 Moon 123 Sun 118 Mars 114 Saturn 100 venus 90 Why are shadbalas considered important, when there are others like drig bala etc.? Or do I understand that shadbalas include all these? In the above chart, are the shadbalas any good? Regards, Suresh
Guest guest
Sri BV Raman's griha and bhava balas book is a good place to start. Then you may want to read Usha Shashi's book on mathematical aspects of balas etc. you will learn more and better than internet messages and short and hastily written commentaries. It would be a wise investment, if you wish to reap benefits from jyotish.
