Direction of count of houses in D-7

Dear Visti-Ji, Dear Learned Members,

 

Could the count of houses for subsequent children be counterclockwise

for Vrishchic lagna with Mangal in Lagna. Normally for even lagna the

count should be in the clockwise direction (as far as I know) e.g.

first child; 9th. house etc. But I have this chart which seems to be

the opposite case, the birthtime is not very accurate hence I could

not be sure during rectification.

 

E.g. what are the rules of exception (if any) for this matter,

reversing the order of count for even lagna?
