Thanks for your kind and humble suggestion......Could any one suggest me which rudraksh is best for protection from all kinds of negative effects.

Namaste Chandramouli, if Rudra Abishekam has benefited your family and yourself, maybe its better to continue performing this puja. Alternatively you can also consider a puja to a deity that you're devoted to.Maybe our other friends have other suggestions.
