which rashi for eg. Mithuna rashi should purchase land facing which

direction?

There are references regarding this in Mayan Vaastu shaastra.

Astrologically, the ashtakavarga chart is also studied to check up the

lay-out of various rooms that would be most auspicious to a native and

his/her family.

 

For Mithuna Rasi, West facing plots are ideal generally. Of course, a

more thorough study of the chart incorporating this general idea with

the indications of your horoscope would be more appropriate.

Dear Anant, here are some pointers.

1. Check the 7 th house from Lagna to fix the position of Doors.choose this sign or its trines whichever has the highest number of Bindus.

2 Check the sun sign and its trines in the astakvarga Of SUN .Look the number of Bindus after the reductions. You can install PUJA Room in the direction of The sign with the highest number of Bindus after the reduction.

3. Look the sign which gives highest number of Bindus in the Astakvarga of MOON after reduction, or the Direction of the sign where is placed or its trines depending on the numbers of Bindus.Here you must dig well or make water tank.

4.Similarly use Astakvarga of Mars to find direction of Kitchen.Please use same analogy.

5. please use similarly Astak varga of Mer for finding auspicious place and direction for gardens .

6. Choose place and direction for keeping Valuables ,study etc From AV of Jupiter using the same analogy.

7. Decide BED room From AV of Venus.

8 Decide about fixing toilet and storage rooms from AV of Saturn( from Prasna Marg)

9 we use Prastara AV Bindus to plan for lay out and inner orientitation.

10 After carrying out reductions note the numbers of bindus.The place indicated by sign - direction having more Bindus is favourable for getting a lady married, to have the bedroom in the house and to secure a bride from the direction signified by the sign having the highest number of Bindus.(Sloka 52-53 Prasna arga ch on Astak Varga.)

Usually people do not try these tips from shastra. Modern writers on Vastu

have hardly touched upon it. May be some one written i may not be aware.

Vaastu shastri use methods of Vaastu chakra in general for all.

I will add , check of existing direction and space of house component with the chart of Owner is a very important aspect .It is always better to examine before attempt is made to so called vaastu correction.Carry alteration only when IT is a defect from scrutiny of Horoscope also.

Please examine a few horoscope of people whose resendence you visit. See how it works.
