The native's Lagna is Kattaka (Cancer) and the rasi is Dhanus (Sagittarius). His jenma nakshatra is Purvashada. Jupiter exalted (both in lagna and Navamsa) is in Lagna, from where it aspects the 7th house. The operating Mahadasa is that of Rahu. Since the 7th house is in Makara (Capricorn) the ruler of that house being Saturn and it is aspected by Jupiter, we are to take the stronger of these planets in gauging the time of marriage. Saturn is weak in the chart , whereas Jupiter is strong. Jupiter dasa commences in March 2019. That is clearly way off. Prasans Marga in Stanza 65 states, "some Acharyas opine that period of Rahu can also be included". Dr. B.V. Raman, the translator of that work in his notes states, "most classical authorities recognise Rahu's marriage-causing abilities in his Dasa." I believe that the native's marriage ought to be concluded in Rahu Mahadasa and before the conclusion of Mercury antardasa. Hope this helps.
