Since around October 20, we have had four planets "sandhi." Sandhi

is a Sanskrit word that means "juncture point." Rahu, Ketu, Jupiter

and Saturn all have changed signs within the last three weeks:

October 25 for Jupiter, November 1 for Saturn, and November 8 for

Rahu and Ketu. Please note that the Sun has been debilitated since

October 17 (until November 16). As a result, we have had a huge

amount of weakness and delicacy. I have been telling all my clients

to "batten down the hatches" and take no risks right now - neither

physical nor emotional nor financial.

 

Everything is changing - but how? Well, I should have predicted a

change in government in the United States, but I did not. Why did

it happen, from an astrological perspective? Two major malefics

have entered Leo, the sign of the king (the malefics being Saturn

and Ketu). Rahu has entered its own sign of Aquarius so we can

expect huge and rapid advances in technology and the space program -

even more than before.

 

Jupiter has entered Scorpio, a friendly sign. This means several

things: everything ruled by Jupiter (religion, gurus, children,

higher education) will tend to prosper during the next year and the

business sector may flounder somewhat as blessed Jupiter has left

Libra, the sign of business. Also, medical research and treatment

breakthroughs should multiply in the next 12 months or so with

Jupiter blessing the sign of research.

 

Jupiter and Saturn (for the next couple of months) are both

aspecting the sign of Taurus (the sign of money and food).

Commodity prices should rise sharply in the next few months.

 

Those with watery (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces) rising signs in

Jyotish can expect huge improvements in life during the next year.

Aries, Gemini, Libra, and Sagittarius Lagnas may expect more of an

inward trend throughout most of 2007. Taurus, Leo, Virgo, Capricorn

and Aquarius Lagnas may see modest gains in the same period.

 

The sign of Leo in your chart (whichever house it falls in) may have

serious problems for the next two months or so.
