hello again my friends now its really complicated HELP NEED ASAP!!

Hello my wonderful friends of the vedic group, Now I know you all have the story on me as I am going prose on my mothers wrongful death suite in new Orleans la. Gretna city parish Jefferson state of Louisiana. Now here is the up date on Sept 20Th and Oct 20Th I did win the motion to keep my mothers suite going. however its now becoming very difficult as the opposing side are asking me all kinds of questions that have not one thing to do Th my mothers death you know where her ICU nurse left her untied and mother was ringing for help as her trach tube came out when that happens immediately the alarm goes off well her ICU nurse was attending to another patient and who knows where the other nurses were at the time? According to my mothers ICU nurses statement she was taking care of another patient and by the time she heard the alarm going off she claims she had to take off her gloves her mask when she had got to mothers room she claims it was about two minutes when we

found out through sheet records and their own neurosurgeon mother was gone for atleast 7-8 minutes. So the nurse lied, and its on record. well when the ICU nurse entered my mothers room she was already done no pulse so she called for the doctor and he rushed in and found my mother was already gone so he started by easily putting back in her trach and gave her a shot and had to start compressions well he got her back to life but never really returned to her self again as she was more like a child now she finally died after they shipped her out of there hospital and we had mother closer to us where we live in miss. mother was at a facility hospital only 5 minutes from our home she was in biloxi miss, across the bridge from us in ocean springs miss. a 5 minute drive, mother never really regained she was dying and she finally past away as most of you know on Oct 27Th 1999 at 6:10 am ;

After mother died dad died of a broken heart he died Jan 21st 2000 just less of three months after mother then to top it off my baby brother died a yr after dad died he died July 16Th 2001. which at this point I was an emotional wreak but I promised my father on his death bed I would never give up on what they did to mother only 2-6 weeks of being home in her house with us as we were told Sept 23rd at 3:30pm central time in new Orleans when her doctor came in and told us your mother is out of the woods and was a fighter so all we have to do is therapy on her voice then we could have her home she smiles at me my son and my brother and gave us the thumbs up sign, she was writing notes to us she had such beautiful writing and wrote to me and said we are going to Mexico when I get out of here, I said you better believe it mother your the best and she kissed me and my son then we left at 3:40 pm to ride back to tell dad the good news but when we got there we had a message

from her surgeon to call him asap regarding mother. We called ASAP and that's when he told us the story and how upset he was at her ICU nurses because they didn't even try to revive her and he said the complete opposite that mothers ICU said he said mother was gone for at least 6-8 minutes so he blamed it all on the nurses ICU staff. He said there is nothing more we can do for your mother now as she is not the same and never will be so we are going to send her back to miss. facility hospital they will take care of your mother from here on out well back on life support again just when they had her weaned off on Sept 12Th and only had a trach in now I see my mother as a child like state because of lack of air for now we find out for more then 10 minutes she would never be the same as she now is brain damaged, mother went into renal failure she died on Oct 27Th 1999 as mentioned above.

I get a call from a paralegal group two days ago and for 100.00 down and 38.00 a month as it is a federal funded service they promised me they would have us a lawyer with in the next day or two I have waited and still no answer or call from them i have tried to call them but no one answers there phone to see what the hold up is as I have these motions to send to the opposing side on productions of documents as they are waiting they are suppose to get them in their hands ASAP!

my question please hopefully to the master again: will I get a lawyer with in a few days and if I don't and still have to go prose and appear in front of the judge on Dec 8Th 2006 in the 24Th judicial district court for the parish of Jefferson state of Louisiana at 9:am will I still win the case as of now its just me and my baby brothers widow?
