Guest guest
Dear Members, Please let me know more about nakshatras and their doshas? Case 1: In the same family or in the same house a father and son share the same nakshatra. The charanas may or may not be same. Case 2: Two sisters or two brothers have the same nakshatra then is it a dosha and what are the remedies for the same. Is there any good source of information available to learn more about these factors. And in general what may be the possible doshas for such combinations within a same family and what are the remedies for the same. Thanks in advance for your answers. Guest guest
Dear SG, What i am writing is more academic rather than experienced. Birth in a parents nakshatra causes death of one of them early. Some authorities believe that for such a consequence the nakshatra and the quarter needs to be the same. It is also said native born in the same costellation as that ofelder brothers will cause death of the respective person having the same star. This is what i have come across in my readings and cannot substantiate with empirical data. Maybe learned gurus will come forward and throw some light on the issue. Also would like to put forth a poser-- Does this result in death with its total finality or perhaps indicate separation or death like suffering? Guest guest
Dear SG and Vatsala, Nakshatra based interpretations should always be cross checked with the planetary positions in the horoscope. If the planets are pointing towards death of elder brother, then, even if the nakshatras of native and his elder sibling are different, the death will take place. Then, there is the case of twins. Most of them have same nakshatras and same nakshatra-charan too. This should always cause death of eldest twin. Then, what is meant by death. Is it untimely death or timely death. If it is untimely, then is it in childhood or after the elder sibling crosses 40? There is a very big range for alp-aayu too, from one day to 40 years. The best and safest way is to go by the planetary positions in one's horoscope. The whole process of Guna Milan while match-making is based on moons' nakshatras of bride and groom. But, it is very commonly seen that couple with very low score have been living peacefully while those with high score are going for divorce. Analysis of the actual the planetary placements in natal chart and sub-divisions, as a whole, only can be effectively used for any conclusive predictions, not the nakshatras alone. Guest guest
||Jai Ramakrishna|| Dear Learned Members, Well i do agree (though am not xperienced enuf to voice my opinion) as what Ashutoshji has said... The chart should be read as a whole, not relying only upon the Nakshatra characteristics..all the planetary positions should be countered with their position in Navamsha & if required with other divisional charts.... And regarding match-making or gun-milan, what i personally do is that i place the rashi charts of the couple side-by-side & then judge the planetary positions...& then make the score as per the ashtkoot rules...Most of the ppl of this earth donot check their score before marriage, but they lead a happy marital life....while others inspite of having good score in match making, fail to have a happy married life...so its safe to read the charts on whole for match making than solely relying upon the gun-milan... Guest guest
Thanks for all your answers. But I fail to understand on this subject even in terms of academic approach and all the answers suggested by you. Pls let me know more in detail and provide me more examples on how to analyse these patterns in horoscopes. Sometime back I read somewhere in the books that if at all nakshatras come together in the same house (in terms of relations or siblings) then they have a purpose to solve and do some Satkarmic effect. In such cases usually the individuals have some or the other sought of constant or nagging minor problems. Usually people tend to think in finding solutions and some type of shanthi's are done within the household. Please note: These shanthis are very different from the usual nakshatra shanthi that we do to remove the malefic effects of bad nakshatra or other constellational effects. For example: A father is born with rohini nakshatra and the son is also born in rohini nakshatra but charans are different. Or two sisters born in Anuradha nakshatras with charanas different. From the above example...these are known to be good nakshatras when compared and No nakshatra shanthi is suggested but it is said that they do present some doshas or malefic effects to the individual irrespective of being twins or based on horoscope. So I was interested to know more on these angles of study and their effective remedies for the same. Hope this mail gives more clarity on what I intend to ask and understand from the learned members of the group.
