Rashi Gochar in Navamsha or any Varga?

Dear Learned members, namaste,

When using Rashi Gochar (placement of transit grahas in rashi) in an

event related to parents, should I consider the navamsha or

dwadasamsha, (e.g. see which house a planet is transiting in these

vargas).

I have seen Jyotishis using transits in Navamsha for an issue like

death of mother, actually to rectify the chart, but Dwadashamsa seems

more appropriate, or maybe both are equally valid?

Your guidance always very much appreciated,

Sabri.

Dear Sabri, Namaskar.

Rashi Gochara in the vargas is very much valid and is talked of in the

Nadi's, especially Chandra Kala Nadi refers to it with almost every

sloka on transits.

I believe one reference to this was given among the Jaimini SJC classes

in our transit discussion.

Yours sincerely,
