He is very likely to be involved in legal problems within one month of his joining. Though arrest warrants will be issued, he will be able to successfully evade arrests. What's more this Mercury is afflicted by aspect of Ketu from lagna. Ketu is already under malefic aspect of Saturn. Saturn is afflicted by Rahu's aspect. The dispositor of Ketu i.e. the Lagna lord Moon is placed in 8th house. Hence, it appears to me that during the Mahadasa of neecha and afflicted budha i.e. mercury which rules 12th and 3rd houses, the antardasa of Ketu which is afflicted by Saturn's aspect and when the lagna lord is in 8th house, the native may face imprisonment during this period which will remain effective for one year from 20 November 2006.
