Sorry that in my reply to Shri Jagannath, I implied that you are not aware of Sri Vishnusahasra nama Stotram and suggested listening to the audio. I did not realise my mistake until after hitting the reply button. Reading the Stotra is a very efficacious method. You can of course follow the audio by hearing and chanting and reading. Sravanam, keertanam vishnoh smaranam padasevanam, archanam, vandanam, dasyam, sakhyam, atma nivedanam are the 9 types of bhakti prescribed for salvation.
