Pain from Back to right leg, Urgent, help pls.

Dear All,

 

One of my relative has severe pain from her Back (end

of back bone) to right leg. at the time of pain, she

cannot even move. Its arise generally in night and

its flow from back (end of backbone) to whole right

let. Doctors says the reason that there is a virus in

vain and blood circulation is not proper.

 

Please let me know what exact it is and what is the

medicine/treatment. Please help me. It is very urgent
