Guest guest
To all Ayurvedic vedas, I have psoriasis for past 4 years. (severe scalp, below knee, back spine area ) my dosha is kapha-vata as told to me by my ayurvedic doctor I used a online quiz on ayurveda and got the following score kapha = 25 vata = 12 pitta = 4 my pulse rate is 78 ( between 70 & 90 ) which as per my doc explanation is vata. now I have acid reflux / acidity problem associated with ulcers. just completed a antibiotic course. my tongue gets coated with white in the morning - in the colon/intestine area. my question to the group is 1.) what can be used to bring kapha-vata disorder into balance ofcourse my doc has asked me to use neem / aloe / turmeric etc 2.) I also complain of cramps left of the abdomen. is this what you define as amlapitta ?? 3.) can somebody suggest me a good place in pune for panchakarma or should it be done in kerala.
