Thank you so much for this link. I am going to try these stretches.

Is it ok to practice exercises like yoga (and other stretching),

swimming or dance while I am doing these (once I get over this pain,

that is) ??

Hi Noel,

 

It's interesting that you should mention the hamstrings, because I

go through phases (even before my back started hurting me) when I

would have a burning sensation in my hamstrings..I think that

stretching them might help..Thank you very much for this idea.
