Hepatatis C.. Looking for Doctor / Hospital -

My dad has hepatatis C for almost 9 years.. His health is sometime good and bad.. Leg swallon and the stomach feel uncomfortable.. He is taking under medication but not doing any sugery.. Do you recommend to do sugery for transplant liver? Do you have any good hospital can recommend us
