Blood Donation Suggestions required

Dear Friends,

 

Plz do suggest is it feasibile to donate Blood in "Indian red Cross Society"

?

 

I have heard that when a person is seriously required blood then these all

hospitals ask money for it...

 

 

After donating blood to "Indian red Cross Society" , they issue a card which

is valid for only 1 year. And if that person requires blood he himself has

to show the card to the hospital....

 

Is it true...

But problem is also that if we require blood they ask money also...

 

The Utility of the card is just that we will get priority

 

Friends can any one tell me the exact & true Scenario....

 

I believe that donating blood is no harm but donating blood to a person who

is in need thats more important...
