Guest guest
Yes Brahmi is indeed the meajor herb for memory. Brahmi vati, has other herbs such as Shankhavali or shankpushpi, Vacha (acorus calamus), Jatamansi added to enhance the benifits. Find some more recommendations in the previous message: http://health.ayurveda/message/5415 For 8 year aged son, about 250 mg Brahmi Vati should be Ok, morning evening, (500 mg per day) and take milk half a cup over it. Start with just 1 tab of 125 mg twice a day and go to 250 mg after 15 days. if he is milk intolerant, crush the tablet, mix in honey and give the paste for licking. reduce hot, spicy food, playing in hot sun, watching tv late night. many other recommendations on message 5415 referred as a link. ayurveda, "A.V.SUBRAMANYA" <subbie19 wrote: > > Brahmi is generally prescribed for memory.
