and also by talks with our friend Stuart.

 

Dear God,

Please help every cell in my body to relax completely

Expanding into the spaciousness

of Your Peace, Love and Healing Light.

Thank You God Very, Very Much !!!

 

Dear Pain and Dis-Ease,

I feel you; I acknowledge your presence.

I accept my responsibility for having created you

out of my fears and ignorance

and have imprisoned you in the cells of my body.

I am sorry, please forgive me.

Please feel free to relax and expand

into the Spaciousness of God's

Peace, Love, and Healing Light.

 

Dear God, please help me to relax and to accept

Your Gift of Love and Healing.

Let the sound of Your Holy Name

vibrate with Joy in every cell of my body.

Thank You God Very, Very Much !!!
