Guest guest
Om Michael, aiding and maintaining kundalini flow mainly comes from long years of regular yogic, spiritual discipline or sadhanas performed under guidance from a guru. Pranic healing and Yoga are some of the modalities that assist the stirring of kundalini, again through regular practice. Great to hear your kundalini is returning again. Would suggest you to try one of the Kantha Malas in 4 mukh or 5 mukh. If 4 or 5 mukh do not appeal to you, please go with your instinct to select another mukh that you feel will bring about the results you wish. You know yourself better. Alternatively, please contact Ms Neetaji at rudracentre (AT) hotmail (DOT) com <rudracentre (AT) hotmail (DOT) com> and she will provide further guidance about bead mukhs and mala choices. You can discuss your preferences with her. Ommmmm , mta <spiritmed wrote: > > Can you tell me if there is a rudraska for aiding and maintaining the kundalini flow up the spine? Mine has been active off and on since 1979 and often plays hide and seek. I used to do pranic healing but my connection disappeared for several years. Now it is coming back again and I don't want to lose it again. I am also middle aged and would like to complete this process during this lifetime......suggestions, comments?
