Rahu's dispositor!

Dadabhai saheb,

Since I managed to get your attention, a question if I may ask?

I think KP primarily but other sources of modern astrology also state

quite emphatically that rahu and ketu serve as surrogates. I have at

times viewed that as a vacuuming influence that rahu (in particular)

has over the planet it is with or the lord of the sign it is in alone.

Rahu then assumes the role of the planet (in dasha etc -- not sure

about the transit, though!) and it seems to take on the personal and

role of the planet it is surrogating for. I have in some articles

have called the hoover effect (vacuum cleaner!).

But what about the reverse situation?

What can the dispositor of rahu (jupiter if rahu is in pisces) tell

us in the pragmatic astrological scheme of things?

Let us say that rahu is in third house in cancer and moon is in the

tenth in the sign and star of saturn?

Tbis is not a test, just a general question.

After posting this, just felt like taking a look at Queen Elizabeth

II, astrologically.

Wow!

Rahu behaving as Moon in Cn or Moon behaving as Ra in

Aquarius in tenth?

Isn't it some sort of a parivartan too?

I am afraid my technical knowledge leaves a lot to

desire..

Rishi,

The way I handle the dual lordship (rahu/sat for aquarius and

ketu/mars for scorpio) is to follow the classics (Parashara and

Jaimini). In chara dasha context clear rules are given to determine

which of the pair ends up being the ruler for the signs. Hopefully

this helps?
