Shilajitu and horse gram

Hi Dana,

It is difficult to speculate what "penice" is.

Can you tell me the reference from where you got the term.

As for Kulattha gram, it is a commonly used cereal in India, often

translated as horse gram.

It does negate the effect of Shilajit and hence is contra-indicated

while taking Shilajit or Shilajit based medicine.
