I have a tendency of having very cold fingers of my hands as well as

my feet. This condition goes worst in winter weather.

In winters(even mild winter) my fingers stay cold all the time & feels

vulnerable if exposed. When cold weather is kind of normal for others,

my fingures starts paining real bad & even after my effort to keep

them worm they tend to swell due to cold.

Can you suggest something(any diet/yog/excercise/medicien) to take

care of above condition.

Thanks

Manu

Manu,

1. Take leafy vegetable in meals, at least once a day.

2. Take a bucket half full of hot water. add 1 handfull sea salt into

it. YOu may also add 10 gram epsom salt into it. Epsom salt will be available in chemist shop. sit on a chair and

keep bucket in front of chair. dip feet in bucket. since water will

cover only half of calf muscles, take a cup, pour hot water on knees so

that water will return to bucket only. Carry out this for 15 minutes during evening, till 10 days and

then apply ice to fingers of hand or feet for 5-10 minutes for testing

the result.

write back the experience.
