Guest guest
dear sirs, I live in usa and i worship shivling in my pooja. Since it is difficult to get flowers over here, and impossible to get bilva patra over here, i don't understand what to i use to worship shivlinga, can somebody tell me how do i do my daily pooja and with what things without bilva patra? and if some body knows the ways to get bilvapatras over here? Thanks Ashwin

Guest guest
Dear Ashwin, As somebody already suggested, recite the Siva Manasa puja written by Bhagawan Sankaracharya. I also offer milk and water to the Sivalingam everyday while chanting mrityunjaya mantra. regards, Om Namah Sivaya , ashwin panchal <amp_in wrote: > > dear sirs, > > I live in usa and i worship shivling in my pooja. Guest guest
Hari OM pick up imaginary flowers and leaves - hold them to your heart - then offer them to the Lingam - it is the bhava and devotion that are important not the objects - which are focal points OM namaH shivaaaya OM namaH shivaaaya OM namaH shivaaaya OM namaH shivaaaya OM namaH shivaaaya Love bAba "Let my every word be a prayer to Thee, Every movement of my hands a ritual gesture to Thee, Every step I take a circumambulation of Thy image, Every morsel I eat a rite of sacrifice to Thee, Every time I lay down a prostration at Thy feet; Every act of personal pleasure and all else that I do, Let it all be a form of worshiping Thee."
