This also helps to ward off evil effects of planets in ones chart. Guest guest Posted November 1, 2006 Report Share Posted November 1, 2006 ll HARE RAM ll Dear Pooja ji, I am sorry but I am not agree with you that you are feeling some negative effects after recitation of "Aditya- Hridyam".Please do not treat it as mere the remedy of Sun.It is unique Kavach and most effective for all but do recite it with VINIYOGA,RISHYADINYASA,KARANYASA along with HRIDYADI-AGANYASA too.To recite thrice on Sunday is quite enough for you.If you wear any other Gemstone etc that can give some negative effects to you.
