Few days back I had suggested to take Noni fruit juice for diabetes.

Unfortunately I did not give any statistics and therefore the

moderator asked me for more details. Noni is a citrus fruit having

more than 140 nutraceuticals. As per the research conducted, out of

2434 patients who took Noni, 83% of them got help from noni. Some

got their diabetes fully cured. Some could stop taking insulin. Some

people's sugar level stabilised but not reduced much.(I do not have

the break up of this 83%)

I am from Mira Road, Mumbai and I know about a dozen diabetic

patients who are taking noni juice. Most of them got their sugar

level reduced if not fully cured. The time taken is from 4 months to

6 months.

Coming back to your specific question, I am sorry, I am not

competant to answer them. The patients who got cured of diabetes

from NOni, could not break thier diet. When they started eating

sweets in excess, the sugar level did go up.

Recently I came across a posting in the web site of www.Karmayog.org

in which some one has recommended to take juice of one tometo, one

kakdi(cucumber) and one karela(bitter gourd) in the morning on empty

stomach which helps to bring down the sugar level. Again, I do not

have any feedback on this treatment.

Thanks for your reply. I will try the Noni Juce.

Also I would try the mix juice of Krela, Cucumber and Tomato.

Can you tell me how to extract just from these vegitables and mix.

Should I boil them and the extract them or just mix them in Mixie.

Thanks

Anjani

Put raw tometo, cucumber and karela in a mixer, add little water,

grind and stain. You get the juice. Drink in the empty stomach. Not

to boil. It should be raw. Since they are simple vegetables, you

will not find any harm in it.
