Once I listened the audio class of Astro Guru Pandit Sanjay Rath ji.

In that he gave a dictum to be noted

 

Mars placed in the 9th House is not at all good.(Always

struggle/obstacles/quarrels/court cases etc.)

 

Here we can see an example chart

 

Capricon Asc.

 

Mars placed in 9th House (lord of 11th House) with a parivartana yoga

with Mercury (along with Sun) in 11th House (lord of 9th House.

Jupiter®aspecting both Mars and as well as Mercury.

 

 

Does this Parivartana yoga really gives its results or due to

placement of Mars in 9th House curses the individual.
