Thanks for the advice. You are right about the expenditure part. I

am here to find a lawyer. As in any other countries, their fees are

rather steep. But I don't have any choice in the matter. I need to

have a legal representative here in this country since I am not

familiar with the laws here.

 

I'm hoping to contribute some more jyotish insights in this list

when I get back.

 

Also, I am aware of the Rahu transit in Kumbha and am certainly

keeping a careful watch of my activities, including my health.

 

I'm hoping that the Jupiter transit can help me get out of trouble,

in terms of health and otherwise. Nonetheless, I am forging ahead

with my plans to establish a real estate career in the SF Bay Area.
