Guest guest
Jagdish, I just hap pend to randomly see a post on the 12th ketu and sleep findings that u and RRji have exchanged. Well as I know this must be split further between male female. for sharper results. 12th house sayana sukha shows the bed comforts apart from several others as we r restricted to sleep we can included HOSPITAL BED, jail beds also. for a women an afflicted 12th house has more of disturbed sleep, comforts the ones who wake up at 4 am fetch water, cook, washes clean pack good foods for the kids, husband, self, and some for in-laws also. comes home by 7 or 8pm from work and gets back t kitchen by the time she is done may be 11 or 12 pm. or the ones whose husbands travel [now women too local even international assignments] they too have disturbed sleep preparing for journey or have to sleep in transit or hotels etc. which can be schedule driven so less sleep even if luxury rooms r there. in this context u will have to add 4th and 10th also to get a sharper picture. rahu, ketu, sani, Kuja and Ravi in 12th is sleep disturbing. they also give snoring, and mouth acid overflows in sleep. and when is said separate for men an afflicted 12th house can give him perversions as well here 12th and 4th and 9th must bes seen [4th character, 9th the spiritual and Dharmic/moral/ethics side] I ENTERED THIS THREAD AS I sleep less my best time is 2-4 am rest is roll around most of my life only between 1980 May to 2002 Sept i could sleep longer if i had strained my eyes this was due to some homeopathic medication I took in May 80. and since this June I have hardly slept in nights awake thru get some mild sleep for a few mins past 6am I pref getting up then. My paternal grandfather too suffered from Insomnia.but he lived just for 46 yrs I am just near it now [45] i have rahu in 12th. my father too he sleeps between 9.30pm to 3 am only then awake mother too same 12 Mn to 4.30 am she sleeps rest some work other she finds in kitchem garden. all 3 of us have 12th rahu I have a sister also with rahu in 12th she sleeps well even sitting she can, but if need be can be awake for 3 days in a row, has fsted VRATH for 5 days ina row etc. extremes is possible for her. but now [since Mar 98] she wakes up at 3 am cooks finishes her puja is at work at 5am returns home by 9pm is in LA, CA. sleeps in ah hr from the time she is back. I hope this extends ur search further. keep going. Prashantkumar G B -*- The services of this astrologer are free on group but off the group consultations are chargeable by chat, mail or phone. Guest guest
Dear friends, Thanx to Prashant Jee- for his academically thought provoking and analytical article of 12th house- sleep. A simple Astakavarg clue:- example:- if the planet has a positive point in its astakavarga from the lord of the 2nd house- from its occupation sign in natal chart then > the antardasa of the planet in the dasa of the lord of that 2nd house will give enjoyable sleep to the native star and other dispositor clue:- rasi/navamsa/stellar dispositor of lagna lord should be in the constellation/rasi/amsa of the owner/occupant of the planets of unafflicted 12,9,6 and 4th houses. 12 = reason is out or laziness/ too much weakness 9= state of relaxed sleep still with high level of awareness even during the sleep 6= overnight exertion/ labour 4 = sound and relaxed sleep 5,7,11 = preoccupation with a lot of thought --- When the transit/natal 12th lord puts a strong argala on the lagna lord/moonsign lord/lagna/moon/ mahadasa lord= one enjoys good sleep. --- With best wishes, Mrutyunjay
