Financial Boost 30/10 birth place, time zone Important

this is the main reason I asked u to post the place name, here the country itself has changed and Indira point is also at the similar deg Latd wise not sure of long so if members post such data makes our life hard when we miss the time zone, and remember Sri Lanka has changed its time a few TIMES fro IST, TO SL ST, THEN IST SOME INBETWEEN also so let us know what the real time is w.rt GMT or IST how many minutes eitherway will help readers read ur chart.
