matching of horoscopes for matrimonial purpose

I request ur help in matching these horoscopes for the purpose of

marriage.

Boy's details

date of birth 09 october 1980

time of birth 05-30 A.M.

place of birth KAVALI(Nellore dt.,A.P.,India)

 

First Girl's details

D.O.B. 07 January 1983

T.O.B. 17-05 P.M.

P.O.B. Vishakhapatnam(A.P.,India)

 

Second Girl's details

D.O.B. 22 September 1982

T.O.B. 12-15 A.M.

P.O.B. New Delhi(India)

with my limited knowledge i find that the horoscope of the first

girl has Mangalika Dosha (Kuja Dosha) (Kuja in the eighth place)

where as the boy's horoscope has none.

in the case of the second girl, i find the star of the boy counted

from the star of the girl becomes NAIDHANA TARA ( the seventh one )

which has to be avoided.

Are there any PARIHARAS ( means of negating these doshas ) by which

the boy can be married to either of these girls? please enlighten me.
