Om Amriteswari Namah

Ammachi, please guide and bless us as we open our

hearts to the teaching of the Sri Guru Gita. Divine

Mother, stand with us, as we grow in our Selves and as

we continue to open our hearts and our minds to your

Love and Light. Amma, show us how to share your

inspiration and your Love for us with the World.

We dedicate our study today to Peace on this Earth,

and to healing the hearts of humankind.

Guru Gita Study Session 32

Verse 154. The Lord Said:

In any pure and clean spot, one should repeat it

regularly in silence and with an un-agitated mind.

Verse 155.

One obtains siddhis by repeating it on a cremation

ground, in frightful places, inside the hollow of an

banyan or thorn apple tree, or under a mango tree.

Verse 156.

All good actions such as initiation, vows and

penances, even of a fool who is devoted to a Guru,

bear fruit. Only a devotee is successful.

Verse 157.

A knower of Truth always bathes in the waters of the

Guru Gita to wash away his worldly impurities and

become free from mundane snares.

Verse 158.

He/She who is foremost amongst the knowers of the

Absolute is, indeed the Guru. There is no doubt that

wherever She may live, that place becomes holy.
