Difference in celebrating Kaarthika nomu before and after Kaarthika poornima

sir,

It is bettor todo before poornima as the kalalu of moo

increases upto poornima & starts decreasing from

poornima .

If it is not convinient before poornima because of

ladies five days break ucan do after poornima.

Any how whole KARTHIKA masam is very impartant to LORD

SHIVA.
